Shipping & Delivery Estimates
Once you receive the order confirmation, we have started to prepare your order. KidsRideZone takes every reasonable precaution to ensure that the products are not damaged during shipping. It usually takes 1-2 business days for us to prepare the shipment if you placed an order on a business day. Otherwise, if you order on weekends or holidays, we will ship it out on the next business day. All estimates are based on business days. If you order multiple products and receive more one tracking numbers, be aware that packages may arrive at different times, which may not be the same day
In general, the package usually takes 3 to 7 business days for items to arrive at their destinations but may take longer at times due to unexpected reasons.
Our Free Delivery service does not require a signature, and your order may be delivered to your door. If you need signature service to ensure smooth receipt of your product, please add it when you place your order. Please check your tracking number. It will offer an estimated delivery date for your item’s arrival.
Please note: If a package is delivered to the correct address, FedEx and UPS do not honor claims of lost packages. Such claims will not be covered by KidsRideZone.

All prices have included tax fee. You dont need to pay any extra tax.
All orders are Free Shipping no matter how much you paid in the USA.
All orders will be shipped out via FedEx Ground, FedEx Home, or UPS.
Shipping Locations
We only ship to the 48 contiguous states excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, nor Guam.
We do not deliver to FPO, APO, or PO Boxes.
