Warranty Policy
- We provide a 1-year warranty or replacement on the motor, charger, control panel, gear, button and other plastic accessories (does not cover user damage) from the date of receipt.
- We provide a 10-month warranty or replacement on accessories like battery, controller and remote control (does not cover user damage).
NOTE: If the warranty label is torn or the interior is opened without permission, no warranty or replacement shall be provided.
Rules:
1. Motor: If the motor has faults including gear breakage, bearing damage, shell cracking, burning (except for human factors), the warranty will be provided within one year from the date of receipt.
2. Battery: If the battery leaks, the plastic case of the battery is cracked, or it remains dead after charging under the specified charging time, normal conditions and correct use of the battery, the warranty will be provided within 10 months from the date of receipt.
3. Charger: If there are problems like short circuit, open circuit and other manufacturer problems that affect the use while the battery has no cracks caused by an external force, the inside of it has not been opened privately, the stitched label has not been torn and the attached line is complete. The replacement will be provided within one year from the date of receipt.
4. Control panel: In the event of a performance failure of the control panel, the replacement will be provided within one year from the date of receipt.
5. Forward and backward gears and buttons: If there is no damage in the appearance and no self-disassembly, but there are manufacturing problems like the loss of normal functions, the replacement will be provided within one year from the date of receipt.
6. Function switch: The lack of any function (horn, headlight, music) is regarded as a manufacturer problem if the appearance is not damaged and the outlet port is not broken. The warranty will be provided within one year from the date of receipt.
7. Controller: It is regarded as a manufacturer problem if the controller doesn’t work with a remote control or it can not be started due to the static electricity. The replacement will be provided within 10 months from the date of receipt. The replacement will not be provided for those who open the inside privately.
8. Remote Control: If there is no damage to the appearance, no water ingress, or damage caused by human factors, the multifunctional remote control will be replaced within 10 months from the date of receipt.
9. Other accessories: If the reflectors, wheels and hubs, seats, steering wheels are damaged, but not caused by external factors, they will be replaced within 1 year from the date of receipt.
